Keep your oil clean with our built-in sediment removal system. Remove batter and breadcrumb debris automatically.

Integrated Pump & Piping

Our system is pre-piped with pumps and valves to automatically add cooking oil to the fryer as needed.

Belt Widths & Machine Length

The size of our machines, including length and width, is determined by its required throughput, dwell time in fryer, and type of product. Choose from a range of belt widths that correspond to your fryer's size: 14 in. (400mm), 24 in. (600mm), 40 in. (1000mm), and 54 in. (1400mm).

Size & Texture Variation

Optimize your settings effortlessly for a wide range of foods, including both non-coated, breaded, and tempura-coated items, across various sizes and shapes.

Options for Versatility

Our machines offer exceptional flexibility in customization. We can build them to be ready for tempura applications, equip them with a Teflon insert, or include an optional top submerge based on your needs.

Heat Exchanger

Our design streamlines oil temperature control with multiple heating zones for optimal heat distribution. By integrating the product belt, heat exchanger, and sediment removal into a single unit, we significantly reduce cooking oil volume by two-thirds.
