The Basics
One person will place the food products onto the top belt, where it’s carried through a liquid batter mixture for full submersion. The products will then drop onto a bed of dry flour blends, receiving a 360-degree, full coating. After exiting the machine into a catch pan, the coated items are transported by the kitchen staff to a deep fryer.
