The batter tank and breading container are easily removable, and all parts are made from stainless steel and food-safe materials.

Get a hands-on experience with the ACS by demoing the equipment in your kitchen.
One person will place the food products in the back of the machine, where it will run through a bath of batter. Then the product will get 360-degree breaded, with your coating of choice, before exiting the front of the machine. Upon exiting, the kitchen staff will transport the coated product to the fryer for the finished look.
